Happy Kansas Day!

Kansas, the Sunflower State, was admitted to the United States as a slave-free state on January 29, 1861, making it the 34th state to enter the Union.  Kansas’s motto is “Ad astra per aspera”, which means “To the stars through difficulties.”  Proud to be a Kansan!
